After cleansing & blessing numerous people & spaces since I was initiated in 2019 (by my teacher Yami Campo from Colombia), I can honestly & humbly say- this is powerful medicine. We blend the dried plants & resins together as a sisterhood, singing & blessing the mixtures.
The cleansing smoke purifies & disinfects on a physical level while releasing stagnant energies on a etheric level. The blessing smoke sweetens the atmosphere on a cellular level.
