Abundance Hope Ceremony
A participatory performative ceremony as a way to resonate and examine the concept of abundance that defines our contemporary culture. Inspired by shamanic purification and transformation rituals, mixed with a touch of local humor. The ceremony took place in an abandoned area of the "Hatikva" ("The Hope" in Hebrew) Market; Around an Altar where a fake fire flickered, surrounded by legumes, spices, nuts, and sweets (sponsored by local Naama Spices shop), a variety of foraged plants (sponsored by the neighborhood's gardens), fruits and vegetables (sponsored by the market floor before the garbage trucks arrived).
Participants were instructed to find a direct connection to creation's abundance within themselves, through the four elements, manifesting tools, financial bureaucratical tips, and sticking money bills on their 3rd eye with a touch of saliva.
